Dmitry Lev is a cum laude graduate of the Roger Williams University School of Law where he started his legal career representing indigent persons accused of committing crimes in Rhode Island. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Attorney Lev is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association. He is also involved with the Volunteer Lawyers Project where he provides legal services to those in need on a pro-bono basis.
